PERSONAL CHEF SERVICES AGREEMENT

Menu Planning & Customizations.

 

In an effort to provide quality services, The Korean BBQ Chef, LLC will collaborate with you (“Client”) to organize a customized menu in accordance with your preferences. We ask that The Korean BBQ Chef, LLC be provided sufficient information concerning the culinary services and food preparation requested, including any special dietary needs,  and food allergies. Additional menu options available upon request to include gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, or other dietary restrictions. Prices do not include taxes and other government fees.  Please note that the agreed upon menu items are subject to change according to seasonality, availability, and other unforeseen circumstances.  For quality control purposes, communications of menu options and approvals will be conducted in writing via email to avoid potential menu errors.

Scheduling & Cancellations.

We request a 50% deposit with 35% being non-refundable to reserve the service date, and the remaining balance will be due no later than three days prior to the date of service.  The chef will arrive to your home at the agreed-upon time on your service date.  Please be sure to have the home and kitchen area readily accessible and clean for the chef on the scheduled cooking day.  Your business and courtesy of timely notice is always greatly appreciated. In the event that you wish to cancel your service date, the remainder of the 50% deposit after deducting the 35% non-refundable portion will be refunded.  The Korean BBQ Chef, LLC kindly ask to be given at least two weeks in advance notice for any cancellations and rescheduling requests. The remainder of the 50% deposit will be considered non-refundable for cancellation notices given less than two weeks prior to the cook date. Our chefs will try their best to accommodate to new cook dates within current availability.

Food Safety & Waiver of Liability

The Korean BBQ Chef, LLC shall under no circumstances be held liable for foreseen or unforeseen damages.  Any leftover food will be packaged and labeled in containers provided by the client.  The Korean BBQ Chef is not to be held liable after food items have been taken over by the client. Any responsibility involving potential issues or occurrences due to improper food handling and common food storage & safety practices in regards to the meals shall be given to the client once the food had been taken over by the client.  The client, client's heirs, personal representatives or assigns, and affiliates, shall hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Korean BBQ Chef, LLC, their affiliates, direct or indirect, employees, businesses and agents from liability from any and all claims resulting in personal injury, accidents or illnesses (including death), and property loss arising from, but not limited to, personal chef services.
